All Rates are per person and per session. Resident rates require a residency verification required annually with a photo ID or utility bill with your current address for verification. P.O. Boxes are automatically considered a non-resident.

MWR pays admission for Lap Swim and Open Swim for active duty, reservists, and active duty family members only. MWR requires us to check your military id for each and every admission.
Each punch card is good for 10 visits. Punch cards must be purchased at our front desk at the John Vanderzicht Memorial Pool (JVMP).

Basic Membership includes unlimited access to lap swim, open swim, kids pool, hot tub, and sauna during scheduled swim hours.

Premium Membership includes everything in the Basic Membership PLUS water aerobics classes and water volleyball.
Staff is available to assist with scheduling your reservation and registration during front desk hours by calling 360.675.7665.
Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
Registering online is quick, easy, and available 24-hours per day.
Reservations and prepayment are encouraged for all pool activities and result in quicker pool access to lap swim, open swim, water aerobics, water volleyball, wading pool, hot tub, and sauna.
Reservations canceled at least two hours in advance of the scheduled swim reservation time will receive a credit to their eSoft account to be used for future reservations.
Reservations canceled less than two hours in advance of the scheduled swim time will forfeit the entry fee and/or have a punch deducted from the patron's punch card.
Up to six swimmers will be scheduled per lane for lap swim.
Private swim lessons, independent exercise, and water walking may occur during lap swim. Please keep in mind, you could share your lane with another person.
Reservations are strongly encouraged.
Walk-in patrons are subject to availability.
REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
North Whidbey Pool, Park, and Recreation District strives to maintain sound programs and guarantee customer satisfaction. A 100% Refund/Credit will be made when the activity is cancelled by the North Whidbey Pool, Park, and Recreation District. All refunds will be charged a $5.00 administrative processing fee unless waived by the Executive Director.
Private Swimming Pool Rental/Party Refund, Credit or Transfer Procedures: Patrons may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before the date of the party for a full monetary refund or full credit for a rescheduled rental. One half of the paid rental fee will be charged for a monetary refund with less than a 14-day notice. Patrons are required to complete a Refund/Credit/Transfer Request Form and receive approval from the NWPPRD Executive Director before a refund check or credit will be processed. Credit toward a future service or program is valid for one year. Refund checks may require up to two weeks to be processed by the Island County Treasurer.
Swimming School Refund, Credit, or Transfer Procedures:
Patrons may receive a monetary refund, credit, or program transfer through to the first lesson. Prorated credit may be given for program transfers or with a physician's written medical verification in the case that the swimmer is unable to participate for medical reasons. Patrons are required to complete a Refund/Credit/Transfer Request Form and receive approval from the NWPPRD Executive Director before a refund check or credit will be processed.
